- International Airfare & Visa Charges.

- Personal Expenses such as shopping, bar bills, hot shower, telephone, laundry, medicine etc.
- Emergency expenses such as expenses on a chartered helicopter.
- Services not mentioned or not agreed by “4Me Lanka Tours”.

01We offer a selection of popular tour Packages for your inspiration. while we don’t always provide ready made packages, we specialize in creating customized journeys that fit you perfectly. With our wide range of resources and expertise, we can adjust and refine any plan to suit your preferences.
02You may Choose one of our suggested itineraries, Modify a itinerary to better match your interests or Request a completely unique itinerary. Whichever option you select, we’ll take care of the rest to ensure your trip to Sri Lanka feels like the perfect fit.
03All of the top attractions in each destination are listed on the “Destinations” page. However, they may vary significantly depending on your time of stay and personal preferences. If you’re looking for a day trip, you can choose one from this list as well. (In particular for transit travelers)
04Your flight schedule can influence your first and last day plans. We recommend booking an early arrival and a late departure so you can enjoy every possible moment on this paradise island.
05We provide three flexible package types. Car Only Pack – Transportation with a private vehicle and driver. Plus Accommodation Pack – Transportation plus hotel stays. Full Pack – Transportation, lodging, and all activities. Please see the Included & Excluded section below for further information.
06Overnight stays are arranged as per the daily itinerary.
07From the moment you’re welcomed at the airport, your dedicated guide or driver will accompany you until your departure.
08We can arrange accommodations on your behalf, or you can make your own reservation. We are still available to assist you with your own booking if needed.
09Please note that once the tour itinerary has been confirmed, we kindly request that no changes be made unless absolutely necessary. Any modifications requested prior to confirmation are welcome. If adjustments are required after confirmation, additional charges may apply.
10After everything has been finished and the tour has been confirmed, 150$ From the entire amount (Non Refundable) must be paid as an advance. From Balance 60% due upon arrival, and the remaining 40% payable on the day before departure.
11If you need to end the tour earlier than the scheduled date due to an emergency or personal matter, the full fee remains payable and is non refundable.
12You can “TIP” the guide or driver who taken care of you on your pleasure at the end of the tour in this paradise island. its entirely at your discretion and always appreciated.
